Before calling technical support for help concerning our Good Works™
software product, please ensure that you are running the latest version of
the software, that you have installed the latest service packs for your
operating system and Microsoft Office software, and are at your PC. The
latest version of our Good Works™ software can be installed using the link
provided below.
Please be prepared to describe steps required to produce the problem (if
repeatable) and the version of Microsoft Access being used. When sending
email, please include your name, organization, and phone number...and the
best time to reach you in case we need to contact you by phone.
Get the Latest Version of Good Works™ software
If you have previously installed version 5.0 or greater of Good Works™
software, you may upgrade your software by visiting our
download
page.
You must uninstall your current version
before installing v6.0.If you have already installed v6.0, you
may use the following patch to update your system to the latest version,
which contains minor fixes and enhancements:

Microsoft has discontinued support for Access 97. We recommend that you
