Data Entry Wizards
Good Works™ software provides several wizards to allow quick entry of
entity information (shown below), donations, pledges, and event sign-ups.

List Generation
Good Works™ software also provides a wizard for generating mail, phone,
and email lists, including the ability to specify a number of criteria and
output methods. And in cases where you need to define criteria in even more
detail, or include additional data in your output, the wizard can be used in
advanced query mode (retail version of Microsoft Access required).

Names and Addresses
Multiple addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses may be entered, in
addition to familial, social, and business relationships. The list generator
within our Good Works™ software evaluates address and relationship entries
to determine the best address to use based on context.
This form also provides access to a variety of information concerning
entities within the database. Multiple mailing addresses, phone numbers, and
email addresses may be entered. Plus the software provides features to let
you find a person or entity, and quickly send a letter, dial their phone
number, or send an email. Fast communication!

Volunteering and Attendance
Event Sign-ups, Volunteer Activity, and Preferences can be seen at a glance,
so you'll know exactly how the person is using or helping your organization.
Drilling down from here, it is possible to view the person's involvement in
greater detail and view actual attendance and/or volunteer hours.

Donations, Pledges, and Planned Gifts
The Donation & Pledge Summary gives yet another snapshot of how the
person/entity is contributing to your organization. This summary provides a
donation and pledge history for the entity, their partner (if applicable),
and any other related persons. From this summary, it is possible to drill
down and see to what specific causes/purposes the person has
donated/pledged.
